Speed and Agility Training (LH) ::

Location:  THZ La Habra

Day/Time:  Saturday 9:30am to 10:30am

Cost:  $15 per player

This new class will focus on a players speed and agility that is essential for all areas of the game.  We will work on coordination, proper running techniques, quicker feet, acceleration and strength by using ladder drills, different start and stop cone drills and resistance running.  It is open for all players who are willing to put in some hard work and take their game to another level.
